Comment: My debate question

I'm super sick of hearing people complain about having to discuss or think about anything political over the holiday season. I really can't think of a better time to talk about the future of our country than when you're fanatically overeating with your loved ones.

Here's my question for the leaders debate:

I'm finding this campaign too focused on the concerns of daily life and issues such as taxation. I'd like to hear your vision for Canada over the next 25 years. In the midst of rising powers such as China, in which direction do you see Canada moving in order to maintain or improve its position in the world?

If a panel of TV execs thinks my question hits the right market segment, you could see me on television during the Dec. 16 debate - if you're watching, that is.
